Our standard studio rental includes full access to the designated studio space, basic ambient and professional lighting equipment (softboxes, ring lights, and continuous LED lights), a selection of paper backdrops (various colors available), high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to our changing room/makeup station. Premium equipment, specific props, and advanced lighting setups can be added to your booking for an additional fee.

You are completely welcome to bring your own photographer, videographer, and creative crew! We primarily provide the space and equipment. However, if you need a professional photographer or studio assistant for your project, we offer in-house photography packages. Please contact us in advance to check availability and rates for our team.

We understand that creative schedules can change. You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booked time will forfeit the deposit or incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. If your shoot is running behind schedule, you can request an extension on the day of the shoot, provided there isn’t another booking immediately after yours. Extensions are billed in 30-minute increments.

Yes! Our studio is highly versatile and accommodates both photo and video shoots (such as music videos, interviews, and product promos). While our rooms are optimized to minimize echoes and external noise, please note that they are not 100% soundproofed to a commercial recording studio standard. If your project requires absolute silence for delicate audio recording, please let us know so we can recommend the best time slots.
